This means that all products have been sold and that the production is doing everything possible to make up for the delay on the missing items. The production time is about 4 to 8 weeks. In general, we try to keep all items in stock. Our shipments are everyday. If the item you want is in stock and it is not a customized item, delivery can be made within 2-3 days. Orders are shipped by Colissimo or courier that deliver within 2-3 days. (Please note that we have no control over the delivery time of carriers).

Your order must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of invoice. Thank you for preparing the goods receipt report from the shipping company. Custom products are not returnable unless the sword / sword is defective.
