Must be returned within 14 days (from date of invoice). We check each sword and sword with shipping, also if an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at the following number +33 4 71 75 90 35 or by email at email@example.com. Do not forget to provide us with the reception report from the transport company.
Custom sabers as engraved blades: No return is taken into account unless the saber is damaged.
Please take note, that steel is a metal, and just like other materials, it can get tired in time. Even if the blades are wide, thick or flexible, they may break under certain circumstances. Use your sword only with respect - it's not a toy.
In case one of our blades breaks during the first year after purchase, we will replace it.
We assume that the sword is used in normal conditions and is not deliberately destroyed. If in doubt, we will send the slide to a laboratory for analysis for reasons of the defect.
Item made to measure (example: laser engraved blade ...) that have no defect, should not be returned due to the fact that the product has been customized. When a custom item is ordered, your credit card will start at the time the item goes into production.
When returning an item, please include a copy of the invoice to ensure proper tracking of the return and credit your account. Please also assure the item for its full value during a referral.
