  •  What happens if the item I order is no longer in stock? Can I get a delivery?

This means that all products have been sold and that the production is doing everything possible to make up for the delay on the missing items. The production time is about 4 to 8 weeks. You can maintain your order and it will be sent to you as soon as possible. In any case we do everything to guarantee fast deliveries. In general, we try to keep all items in stock. Our shipments are everyday. If the item you want is in stock and it is not a customized item, delivery can be made within 2-3 days. Orders are shipped by Colissimo or courier that deliver within 2-3 days. (Please note that we have no control over the delivery time of carriers).

  • What if I want express delivery?

  •  What is the cost of deliveries?
    • European Union: Free shipping within the European Union for any order above 350 € TTC. Standard mode delivery.
    • Outside the European Union: 65 euro.


  •  What about customs rights? Do I have to pay additional taxes?

  • My order arrived damaged. What should I do ?

Your order must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of invoice.
