Right of withdrawal
1. Statutory Withdrawal Period
The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) full days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or bear any costs other than those related to returning the product.
Any request submitted after this period may be lawfully rejected.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify JEREM’J INTERNATIONAL of their decision through an unambiguous statement, such as:
- a postal letter,
- an e-mail,
- or the standard withdrawal form made available (in the GTC).
2. Prior Notice Before Return
Before sending any product back, the Customer must first contact JEREM’J INTERNATIONAL, who will provide the appropriate return instructions.
3. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- personalised items, including engraved sabres, blades, and accessories,
- special or custom-made products,
- and all cases listed exhaustively in Article L.221-28 (see below).
Therefore, no return or refund is possible for personalised products, except in the event of a proven error by JEREM’J INTERNATIONAL or non-conformity of the product.
Any text or spelling error provided by the Customer cannot in any case justify a return or exchange.
4. Return Conditions
Products must be returned:
- in strictly the same condition as upon receipt,
- complete (original packaging, accessories, protections, manuals, etc.),
- unused, unassembled, and unaltered,
- and properly protected.
Damaged, soiled, incomplete, used products, or products that have been handled beyond what is strictly necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, or proper functioning, will not be accepted or refunded.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of an error attributable to the seller.
5. Refund
When the right of withdrawal is exercised under legal conditions, JEREM’J INTERNATIONAL will refund all amounts paid by the Customer, including standard delivery fees (excluding express options), within fourteen (14) days from:
- the recovery of the product,
or
- the receipt of proof of dispatch provided by the Customer,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the initial order, unless otherwise agreed.
No refund will be issued if:
- the returned product does not meet the required return conditions,
- or if the returned product is personalised or custom-made.

8. Legal Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
(Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code)
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, notably, for contracts concerning:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- goods that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
- goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- unsealed audio/video recordings or computer software;
- newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscriptions);
- digital content not supplied on a physical medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent;
- urgent maintenance or repair services performed at the consumer’s home.
